ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Elisa-Marie and I enjoy simplifying and solving complex problems!
I have always loved diving in to the nuts-and-bolts of things, I am a natural problem solver and kaizen could've been my middle name. When I'm not immersed in projects, you can find me taking classes, playing piano, exploring forest trails or watching Science Fiction.

I have a BA in Communication Studies and a post graduate certificate in Career Development. I am a Digital Project Manager and Career Coach, and in both of these roles I endeavour to elicit clear and precise requirements, manage risks and move projects forward.

My degree in communication studies and my lengthy professional career experience working for a fortune 100 company uniquely position me to excel at what I do. I am an experienced HR Business Analyst and ERP Project Leader, I love working on technical projects, leading project teams, managing deliverables, communicating with diverse audiences and helping companies succeed. As a talented Career Professional I help clients explore career options, guide career planning efforts, encourage building career networks and help clients develop polished career brands focused on achieving their targeted dream jobs.
